R L Davis Moving & Storage INC

Great job AGAIN!! Bob & Cheryl, and their crew were amazing, they made the move a nice experience. The men were polite and friendly and boy do they get the job done professionally. Thank you!!

Setting up a time for the move was easy and Cheryl was a great communicator. The move itself went smoothly and quick as they provided several movers and a large truck. The workers were friendly and took direction as to what room everything went to. Having things in the right place (and not brok...

I highly recommend RL Davis Movers. My family has used them several times over the past 10+ years and we have always been happy with the experience. They are honest, reliable and very accommodating.

I’m recommending RL Davis to anyone and everyone that may be in need of a trustworthy and efficient moving service. Their professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, and their commitment to ensuring a stress-free experience is truly commendable. Their work ethic honestly blew me away I am...

I had a wonderful experience… Very professional…

Cheryl, Bob and their crew recently moved us from EG to Jamestown, RI and were excellent to work with. They helped us with the complete move of a 4 bedroom home including some very heavy pieces. They were careful throughout the process to handle our furnishings with care, and were respectful, prof...

My son and future daughter in law recently used RL Davis Movers for their move and I couldn't be more impressed! Under new ownership, the team has truly elevated the experience. From the first phone call to Cheryl to the final box being placed, everything was handled with professionalism, care and e...

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this company. Weve used them a few times now and have had nothing but the best customer service, careful handling and peace of mind that moving (one of the most stressful times) will be handled with care. The guys have been courteous, on time and most im...

Very personable and professional. Used this company to move a museum collection and they were respectful of the items and of the process that we asked them to follow. Great to work with!

I called R L Davis because I couldn't find my previous movers. Come to find out, it's the same people who used to own Economy Movers. So happy I found them and will be using RL Davis again! Congrats Bob and Cheryl, happy you are out of retirement!

Don't bother with this company. I had a job that would of taken less than two hours, they said they would be there between 11 and 1pm , excuse after excuse, finally at 7pm with no movers I quit waiting very unprofessional!

I was struggling to do a move alone, packing an apartment and all at 55 years old is not so easy anymore. These guys took the job when the other company had to cancel due to Covid. I went from having 6 days to finish packing to 2 days to finish it all. These guys fit me in at the last minute so tha...

If I could have given them a 0 rating I would. Had called 2 weeks before anticipated move and gave my name, address, phone number and date to move. Was given pricing, starting time and potential discount.2 days before the move I called to confirm and felt everything was in order. Movers were to ar...

I hate to be the person that leaves bad reviews over being slighted because I usually don't feel one experiencer warrants a permanent blemish, but this is negligence bad!!This company employed and let a thief into our home! Stay far away! On top of that, they are continuing to try to accept no res...

Run don't walk away from this company! Most unprofessional movers I've ever used. Cause major damage to my furniture and after two months owner still has not returned one of my dozens of calls! To the point of bringing them to court to resolve. They apparently don't care. Need further info:J. Lev...

I got three estimates. RL Davis was the most affordable. They showed up on time and did a great job. One of the guys is an expert at taking complicated furniture apart and putting it back together. One of the other companies I called said they couldn't move my storage bed because they didn't have th...

The BEST movers around town! Careful, reliable and dependable. The guys are super nice and hardworking. What 63 year old do you know that can move around like he's 25.

Very Bad experience!! Was told it would be 3 men and $125.00 per hour. Only 2 men showed up so I called to say I don't think I should have to pay the same price for 2 guys. They took $25.00 an hour off but I should have complained about that as well. One man was a 63 year old guy who smelled like a...

Read the reviews and was a bit skeptical but spoke with multiple people who used this company and had no issues. We had no issues. They were polite, punctual and efficient. This is not a fancy company but one that can get the job done and is cost effective. They were very careful with everything.Ver...

They suck. They lost an expensive porcelain pedestal my mom had from Italy. The woman who answers the phone is rude and likes to throw an attitude, but if you give it right back she changes her tune, until the next time you talk to her, then it's right back. There were scratches & chips on my mom's...
